Jembi supported as a technical partner with the Data for Implementation initiative (Data.Fi), which is led by Palladium and funded by USAID.
We assisted in transferring the Orphans and Vulnerable Children Management Information System (OVC MIS) to Family AIDS Caring Trust (FACT) in Zimbabwe.
The OVC MIS is a case management system based on the DHIS2 platform.
A digital global good with wide community support, that allows local community-based organizations to provide wraparound services to more than 200,000 children across 10 provinces.
The Jembi team, represented by project coordinator Zainabe Dadá and Senior Developer Kelvin Murumba handed over a full system package to the FACT Zimbabwe team, including:
Technical support for the transfer, installation, configuration, and migration of the scripts to the Fact Zimbabwe server.
Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the OVC MIS DHIS2 system.
Facilitated knowledge transfer and information sharing sessions
Congratulations Jembi, and well done to the team on a successful handover to FACT Zimbabwe!
