Jembi Health Systems, in collaboration with Decision Inc., is thrilled to announce the kickoff of an organisational development project aimed at enhancing our business processes. This initiative is a strategic move to boost our efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with our core mission and vision.


We're closely reviewing our current processes to find opportunities for improvement and boost our productivity using best practices.


The better we are able to perform, removing elements of friction within our organisation, the more we will be able to scale our impact on an increasingly global stage. Enhancing our ability to make meaningful change within the digital health sector for the funders, countries, and communities we serve. 


By streamlining our operations, we can deliver better outcomes.


Our partnership with Decision Inc. brings a wealth of expertise in business process optimisation to bear, putting Jembi, as we mature as an organisation, under the microscope to hunt for ways we can learn, grow, and iterate.  Together, we are committed to fostering this culture of continuous improvement, or Kaizen, as the Japanese call it, and bringing it into the core operational ethos at Jembi.


Our ultimate goal is to create a robust, efficient, and impactful organisation that can better achieve our vision of improving health outcomes through innovative digital solutions. We are excited about the journey ahead and the positive changes the process and journey will bring.
